Rock the Reedy 2010

Local business leaders and volunteers plan an outdoor live concert called Rock the Reedy to help Loaves & Fishes raise critical funds to continue its work in the Upstate. Loaves & Fishes, Greenville’s only perishable food rescue organization, and its nonprofit partner agencies have seen an increase in food assistance from 14 to 40 percent since the fall of 2008.

Rock the Reedy, a live concert event, will be held on Thursday, April 22, 2010 from 7:00 until 10:00 p.m. at the Dow Amphitheater behind the Peace Center.  The concert will feature The Fab Beat, a Beatles tribute band.

We are currently providing website support, as well as print design for tickets, posters, the event logo and indentity materials.

Taste of the Nation 2010

Taste of the Nation is an event to help provide funds to feed hungry people in the Upstate through the support of Loaves and Fishes and Project Host. This year’s theme is the British Invasion-themed “With a Little Help from Our Friends.” We provided graphics and advertising support free-of-charge for this worthy event.

John Adam Wickliffe is serving as the 2010 Vice Chair of Taste of the Nation Greenville.

Share Our Strength

This was a print advertisement for Share Our Strength's Taste of the Nation event that will show up shortly in magazines such as Allure, Food and Wine, Sante and others. The theme for the ad was "Thank You for Showing Your Strength" and the objective was to provide a lot of energy, yet fulfill sponsorship requirements in the presentation.

Arkeology

This was a very quick design for a T-shirt using ready-made artwork for Memorial United Methodist Church's music program for young people.

The T-shirts were a single color and the printing was a simple black offset, so finding artwork that would reproduce correctly and accurately was one of the largest challenges of this project.

Melting Sun Foods

This logo was developed for an upcoming line of salsa and other related products. I can attest, the salsa is delicious. We developed a logo for the food line as well as a prototype label for the salsa.

Strike FC

Strike FC is a local amateur soccer club that needed a simple logo designed for their uniforms. The design originated from a sketch by the team captain. The uniforms are red with white stripes, so it made sense to design the logo as a single white for screenprinting.

Young Marathon Runners of America

The YMRA mission is, “to inspire the youth to live a healthier life by becoming physically active and nutritionally savvy”. Its vision is to see every child embrace a physically active and productive lifestyle. Its goal is to reduce the childhood obesity rate in South Carolina by 50 percent within the next 8 years, expanding our efforts throughout the Southeast within 2 years. YMRA seeks to partner with parents, youth, local schools, churches, hospitals, and athletic facilities, such as the YMCA, to pursue the organization’s purpose of activating the youth in Upstate S.C.

We designed a simple, square tri-fold brochure for a proposal meeting. The inside of the brochure presents a simple, yet stark message to show the exigency of the situation.
